‧₊˚✧ TERMS AND CONDITIONS ✧˚₊‧

1. General Terms
➤The Artist will provide updates throughout the project and will maintain respectful communication.
➤Clients are expected to respect the Artist’s time, workflow, and personal space while the project is ongoing.
➤The Artist will present a rough sketch/layout, and the Client may request up to 3 revisions. Additional revisions cost $3 USD / RM5 each.
➤The Artist retains full artistic control over workflow and pacing unless an “emergency project” has been agreed upon (see Deadline Terms).2. Usage Terms
➤All artworks are for personal use only, unless a written and verbal agreement is made for commercial rights.
➤Clients may only post or publish the artwork with the Artist’s permission, and must credit the Artist clearly by mentioning the Artist’s name.
➤Clients must not crop, alter, or edit the artwork in any way.
➤Plagiarism or using the artwork without consent will result in cancellation of the commission and voiding of all agreements.
➤Original characters (OC) belong to the Client, but the artwork itself remains the Artist’s intellectual property.
➤Feeding the artwork into AI generators is strictly forbidden under all circumstances.3. Agreement Terms
➤By commissioning the Artist, Clients agree to follow all terms listed in this document until the project is completed.
➤If the Artist declines posting WIP updates publicly upon Client request, a Privacy WIP Fee of $20 USD / RM50 applies.
➤If at any time terms are broken, the Artist has the right to cancel the commission and the deposit fund will be non refundable.3.1 Copyright Notice
➤The finished artwork is exclusively for promotional use on social media platforms. It shall not be used for AI training, machine learning, data mining, or any other commercial purposes outside of our signed client agreement. Any use beyond social media promotion violates the contract terms and voids the client rights to use the artwork.4. Deadline & Delivery Terms
➤The Client must not rush the Artist unless the project is specifically agreed to be an “emergency project.”
➤Emergency projects apply only to very simple sketches or layouts.
➤For complex, fully rendered pieces, “emergency deadlines” (within a week or less) cannot be requested.
➤Completed artwork is delivered digitally only. No physical copies are included.
➤Final files will be sent once the full payment is confirmed.5. Payment & Refund Terms
➤A 50% upfront payment is required to begin the project.
➤Additional charges (complexity fees, privacy fees, extra revisions, etc.) will be added to the final bill with mutual agreement.
➤If the Client cancels the project midway, the upfront payment is non-refundable, as it covers the Artist’s time already spent.
➤Accepted payment methods:
➤PayPal / Wise for international clients.
➤Local payment options for clients within the same country are either Bank transfers, QR Duitnow, TnG, SarawakPay, ShopeePay.🌟 Returning Client Perks — Thank You for Supporting My Art! 🌟As a little appreciation for trusting me with your ideas, returning clients get exclusive discounts on future commissions 💖✨➤ 2nd until 4th Commission: 10% off
